If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or online verification service.

These Terms apply in addition to any service agreement, quotation, or studio documentation provided when you receive protection services in person.

SANDS provides automotive protection and detailing services—including paint protection film, coloured wraps, ceramic coating, and window tinting—performed at our studio by appointment.

Service scope, materials, pricing, and coverage periods are defined in your studio documentation and individual warranty record, not solely by general website content.

The online verification tool lets registered clients confirm protection records using a phone number and vehicle protection code issued by SANDS.

Verification displays eligible active and expired records associated with that pairing. Voided records are not shown publicly.

Verification confirms registration status as recorded in SANDS systems at the time of the request. It does not replace physical inspection, renewal decisions, or claim adjudication.

We apply rate limits and technical controls to protect the service from abuse. Attempts to probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer verification may be blocked.

Each completed service may receive a distinct protection certificate with its own certificate identifier, service details, and coverage dates.

Certificates and QR codes are provided for client reference and verification convenience. A certificate reflects the corresponding warranty record at generation time.

Certificates must not be altered, duplicated for misleading purposes, or presented as proof of coverage issued by any party other than SANDS.

Printed or digital certificates do not transfer ownership of SANDS trademarks or grant rights beyond the coverage described in the underlying record.

You are responsible for safeguarding your protection code and the phone number associated with your record.

You must notify SANDS if your contact details change so records and verification remain accurate.

You must use verification and certificates only for legitimate purposes related to your registered vehicle.

Misuse—including submitting false information, impersonating another client, or attempting unauthorized access to records—may result in refusal of service and appropriate action.

Information you provide to SANDS—whether during verification, contact, or studio intake—must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Verification results depend on the phone number and protection code you submit. Incorrect entries may produce a non-match response even when a valid record exists.

SANDS may correct studio records when documentation supports an update.

Website content is informational and may be updated without notice. It does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed through studio consultation.

Coverage status shown online reflects database records and effective dates; it does not guarantee future availability of materials, labour slots, or identical pricing.

The website and verification service may be unavailable during maintenance, connectivity issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

SANDS may modify verification features to improve security or clarity.

The SANDS name, logo, website design, photography, video, text, certificate layouts, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SANDS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print certificates for personal reference related to your vehicle. You may not reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

You agree not to interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access to admin or API routes, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to extract data beyond normal browsing.

Administration areas are restricted to authorized studio staff.

We may suspend access that threatens site integrity or violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SANDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website or verification use, including reliance on verification output without confirming details with the studio.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes should first be raised with the studio in good faith.

We may revise these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
