Use of This Website
The SANDS website provides information about vehicle protection, detailing services, packages, warranty access, bookings and products. Content is provided for general information and may be updated as services, products, availability or business requirements change.
Bookings, Enquiries & Quotations
A booking request is not considered final until it is confirmed by SANDS. Appointment times may depend on workshop capacity, vehicle condition, selected service, product availability and the estimated time required for the work.
A quotation may be based on information supplied before inspection. If the vehicle condition, requested scope or required preparation differs from the original information, SANDS may revise the scope, timing or quotation before continuing.
Vehicle Condition & Service Scope
- Customers should provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Existing damage, paint defects, previous repairs or modifications may affect the achievable result.
- SANDS may record vehicle condition before work begins, including notes and photographs where appropriate.
- Additional work outside the approved scope should be authorised before being added to the job.
- Completion times are estimates and may change where additional preparation or technical work is required.
Prices, Deposits & Payments
Prices may vary according to vehicle size, condition, product specification, selected coverage, package, preparation requirements and any approved additional work. Applicable taxes, fees or charges should be shown where required.
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, the booking or order may remain unconfirmed until the required amount is received. Final payment terms are those recorded on the applicable quotation, invoice, booking or order.
Products, Orders & Availability
Product descriptions, specifications and availability may change. An online order is subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment confirmation and any applicable delivery conditions. Where an item becomes unavailable, SANDS may contact the customer regarding alternatives, revised timing or a refund where appropriate.
Care, Access & Accurate Information
- Provide correct contact, vehicle and order information.
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before workshop service where appropriate.
- Follow aftercare, curing and maintenance instructions.
- Do not authorise third-party work that may affect a SANDS warranty before contacting SANDS.
- Review quotations, invoices, warranty records and service notes provided for the job.
Service Limitations & Liability
SANDS will use reasonable professional care when providing its services. Results may be affected by the vehicle's existing condition, previous repairs, paint quality, age, environmental exposure and other factors outside SANDS control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SANDS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside the agreed service scope. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, layout, photographs, graphics and other SANDS materials may not be copied, republished, commercially reused or presented as another business's work without appropriate permission.
