- Warranty Terms
Protection with clear conditions.
These terms explain the general conditions that apply to warranty records issued for eligible SANDS services and installed products.
Coverage & Eligibility
Warranty coverage applies only to the service or installed product recorded by SANDS for the relevant vehicle. The vehicle plate number, service record, installation date, product specification and recorded warranty period are used to identify the applicable warranty.
Coverage is subject to the approved product conditions, correct installation record, normal vehicle use and compliance with the required maintenance and aftercare instructions.
Current Warranty Periods
Up to 5 Years
Nano Ceramic
Up to 10 Years
Paint Protection Film
Up to 10 Years
Window Tinting
The exact warranty duration depends on the installed product, selected service, recorded job details and applicable manufacturer or supplier conditions. The warranty record issued for the vehicle takes precedence over general website examples.

- Report a suspected warranty issue to SANDS as soon as reasonably possible.
- Keep vehicle, plate and service information available when requesting warranty support.

- Improper washing or chemicals
- Unauthorised removal or modification

Inspection & Warranty Claims
If a warranty concern is reported, SANDS may request the vehicle plate number, service details, images and an inspection of the affected area. Warranty eligibility is confirmed after the recorded service and the condition of the vehicle or installed product have been reviewed.
Where a valid warranty issue is confirmed, the appropriate remedy will depend on the affected service or product, technical assessment and applicable warranty conditions.
Your warranty record matters.
The recorded vehicle, plate, product, service date, expiry date and service notes determine the warranty information applicable to a specific job.
Contact SANDS before taking action.
For suspected warranty issues, contact the SANDS team before third-party repair, removal or modification of the affected surface.
